Accessibility statement.
We want WasteSignal to be readable and usable across devices, input methods and assistive technologies.
What the current site provides
The shared page structure includes a skip-to-content link, a consistent heading hierarchy, standard text links and keyboard-operable navigation controls.
The site adapts its menu to smaller screens and offers a light/dark preference. Content tables are placed in labelled scroll regions so narrower screens can still reach their columns. These features are a starting point, not evidence of full conformance.
Our accessibility approach
WCAG 2.2 Level AA informs our accessibility approach. This statement is not a claim of independently audited conformance.
- Keyboard navigation, visible focus and menu behaviour.
- Text contrast, resizing and layout reflow.
- Screen-reader headings, landmarks, link names and tables.
- Reduced-motion preferences and light/dark presentation.
- Any future form labels, validation and confirmation messages.
- Accessibility of downloadable reports when they are implemented.
Current limitations
External sites linked from the resources are outside our control. Their accessibility arrangements may differ.
Reporting a difficulty
Useful feedback includes the page URL, what you were trying to do, the problem encountered and the browser or assistive technology involved.
Keeping this statement current
We review this statement as the website changes, including assessment methods, known issues and improvements.
