From a supplier name to an informed review.

Find the right company, connect its site evidence and follow the changes relevant to your work. Keep the supporting records close to every finding.

Build the picture before making the decision.

Start with identity, then examine the sites and the evidence supporting each relationship.

Step 1

Start with the right identity

Search by company name, company number or a regulator reference. Supplier-list import helps bring existing lists into the workspace without repeating every check by hand.

Names alone can produce several plausible results. Unresolved entries will remain visible for review, with identifiers and source evidence available to help distinguish candidates. A missing or ambiguous result will not be presented as proof that a supplier is unlicensed.

Step 2

Review the company and its sites

A company profile is intended to connect legal identity, registrations, linked sites and available corporate or regulatory history. A site profile will focus on location, operator relationships, permits and supported activities.

The distinction matters: the business arranging a collection, the carrier and the operator of a receiving site may not be the same entity. The profiles preserve those relationships rather than collapse them into a single status.

One company. Distinct site evidence.

Connect the company record to individual sites, then check the relationship, permission and source behind each one.

Historical evidence does not confirm the current operator or permission status.

Selection highlights a site; it does not indicate approval or compliance.

Give the review a purpose and a boundary.

Keep the same supplier’s evidence useful without losing the context of each assignment.

Step 3

Organise the work into portfolios

Keep supplier reviews together by client, business location or another operational grouping. The business workspace supports separate internal portfolios so teams can reuse research while retaining the context of each review.

Customer Owners and Admins are intended to have business-wide portfolio access. Analysts and Viewers will work within assigned portfolios.

Step 4

Choose what to monitor

Select a whole company and its agreed site footprint, or choose particular sites. The scope should be clear before a watch is activated.

Monitor distinct companies and sites across the account. Reusing the same subject in several portfolios should not count it again. Approve newly linked sites before adding them to monitoring coverage.

See the change. Keep the context.

A useful follow-up explains what differs, when the evidence was available and what still needs attention.

Step 5

Understand a confirmed change

The inbox shows what changed, the affected business or site, the previous and new information where supported, and the evidence behind the finding.

Collection, interpretation and dispatch are separate steps. Ambiguous findings will be available for review; issue alerts will require a confirmed change. Source outages and old records newly added to history must not appear as new adverse events.

Use the inbox, email updates and digests to organise follow-up. Consider publication, collection and confirmation dates when interpreting a change.

See what changed, with the evidence beside it.

Compare the same fields across two records. A change is a reason to review the evidence, with its source and dates in view.

Step 6

Use and revisit the findings

Generate a dated company PDF or export CSV data within the eventual access and usage limits. Keep the scope, sources and outstanding questions attached to the result.

A review is a decision made using evidence available at a point in time. Monitoring can support the next review, while the customer remains responsible for confirming suitability and acting on the information.

Evidence you can take with you.

A dated review, with its scope, sources and questions intact. Reports will preserve the context of the underlying review so a finding can be understood beyond the screen.
